If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your work feels meaningful, you will feel at home at Ricoh.\nWhat you will be doing\nDeploy, configure and administer IT infrastructure solutions in complex customer environments.\nDeliver end-to-end infrastructure projects, including deployments, implementations, upgrades and migrations across virtualization, storage and backup environments.\nManage virtualized environments based on VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.\nInstall, maintain and troubleshoot enterprise storage and backup solutions.\nWork autonomously on customer projects, ensuring availability, performance and continuity of critical systems.\nProvide technical documentation and support during project handover.\nYou will ideally have\nAt least 8 to 10 years of solid experience in systems administration and IT infrastructure, with strong exposure to implementations, deployments and migration projects.\nSolid experience in systems administration and infrastructure projects, particularly implementations and migrations.\nStrong knowledge of Virtualization, with hands-on experience in VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper-V.\nExperience with Storage solutions, ideally Dell EMC technologies such as PowerStore, Unity or PowerMax, or equivalent platforms such as NetApp or HPE.\nExperience with Backup solutions such as Veeam, Commvault, Dell PowerProtect or equivalent technologies.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure, particularly Windows Server and Active Directory.\nAbility to work autonomously and take ownership of technical delivery in customer environments.\nDegree in Computer Engineering or equivalent is valued, but not essential.\nHybrid working model\nLocation: Lisbon\nFlexible office hours, typically 9:00 to 18:00\nHealth insurance\nIn return for your commitment, you can expect\nAt Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
