This is a fantastic opportunity to work across modern Microsoft technologies while partnering closely with customers to drive operational excellence and technical innovation.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAs a key member of our technical delivery team, you'll provide advanced support, project implementation, and technical expertise across a broad range of technologies, including:\nMicrosoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments\nMicrosoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)\nWindows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy\nMicrosoft Intune and Endpoint Management\nWindows Autopilot and modern workplace solutions\nVMware infrastructure\nYou'll also:\nAct as a Level 2/3 escalation point for complex technical issues.\nSupport technology migrations, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.\nEnsure customer environments remain secure, available, and high performing.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational standards.\nPartner with customers and stakeholders to deliver outstanding service outcomes.\nTo be successful in this role:\nAbout You\nWe're looking for an experienced infrastructure professional who thrives in customer-facing environments and enjoys solving complex technical challenges.\nEssential Experience\n7+ years' experience in the IT services industry, ideally within an MSP environment.\nMinimum 4 years' hands-on experience supporting:Microsoft AzureWindows ServerActive Directory / Entra IDDNS and Group PolicyMicrosoft 365Microsoft Intune\nExperience supporting cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nPowerShell scripting and automation experience.\nTechnical Skills\nAzure administration, including servers and VPN gateways.\nMicrosoft 365 administration.\nEndpoint management and compliance.\nVMware administration.\nModern workplace technologies.\nInfrastructure and security best practices.\nCertifications\nRequired (or equivalent experience):\nMicrosoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.\nHighly Regarded:\nMicrosoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate.\nEndpoint Administrator Associate.\nVMware VCP.\nWhat we give back to you?\nAt Ricoh, we take pride in giving back for your contribution to our success.
