If you are looking for a place where your voice is heard, your development is supported, and your work feels meaningful, you will feel at home at Ricoh.\nWhat you will be doing\nAs Treasury Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for the accounting, reporting and governance of Treasury activities across the Group. You'll ensure Treasury transactions are accounted for accurately and in line with regulatory and statutory requirements while providing meaningful financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.\nWorking within a global environment, you'll support month-end close activities, manage Treasury reporting processes, strengthen internal controls and contribute to projects that improve Treasury systems, reporting and operational efficiency.\nResponsibilities include:\nManaging Treasury accounting and month-end reporting activities, including journals, reconciliations, foreign exchange, loans, interest and derivative reporting.\nPreparing and reviewing Treasury-related financial reports, management reports, budget submissions and statutory reporting requirements.\nEnsuring compliance with internal controls and JSOX requirements while maintaining accurate accounting records across Treasury and Finance systems.\nPartnering with Treasury, Tax and Finance teams to provide accurate and timely financial information.\nSupporting internal and external audits and ensuring Treasury reporting remains audit-ready.\nProviding analysis and insight into Treasury activities, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.\nDriving process improvements, standardisation and automation initiatives across Treasury reporting.\nSupporting Treasury and wider Finance transformation projects.\nYou will ideally have\nWe are looking for a finance professional with strong Treasury accounting and reporting experience who can confidently operate within a complex international environment.\nYou will ideally have:\nExperience within Treasury accounting, Treasury operations, financial reporting or a related finance function.\nStrong knowledge of month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, loan accounting, foreign exchange accounting and financial reporting.\nExperience working with complex financial instruments, derivatives or hedge accounting would be advantageous.\nAn understanding of IFRS 7 and IFRS 9, or the willingness to deepen existing knowledge in these areas.\nStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against tight reporting deadlines.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience operating within a SOX or JSOX controlled environment.\nA professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent (preferred).\nA degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.\nExperience with one or more of the following would be highly beneficial:\nOracle ERP\nTreasury Management Systems (TMS)\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel\nPower BI\nIn return for your commitment, you can expect\nAt Ricoh, work should feel meaningful, supportive and fulfilling.
