The data function is at an inflection point: the architecture is in production, butneeds someone to raise the standards and scale the team.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nDesign and build customer-facing and internal data platforms - data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, AI stack, and BI/reporting solutions.\nDefine and enforce data architecture standards across Ridango - modelling, pipeline design, governance and tooling.\nOwn data governance across the organisation - data quality, access policies and documentation standards.\nBuild AI-based analytics and KPI dashboards for internal stakeholders (Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance) on top of project tracking, ERP, HR and other internal systems.\nCollaborate with Product and customer-facing teams to ensure data exports are structured for reporting and translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nOccasional direct exposure to end-customers - supporting reporting discussions and translating customer needs into technical solutions.\nLead, mentor and grow the Data & Reporting team through 1:1s, development plans and workload management. \nWhat we're looking for:\nHands-on data engineering background - data warehouse design, ETL/ELT pipelines, data modelling, SQLand BI/reporting platforms.
