Candidates must already be based in one of these two countries.\nWhat you'll do:\nInfrastructure\nKeep Ridango's infrastructure stack running reliably: servers, Kubernetes clusters, databases, monitoring and backups\nSet up and manage virtual and on-prem servers, including monitoring, logging and backups\nMaintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments for infra resources, reducing manual operation\nOperate Kubernetes clusters (cloud and on-prem) and migrate workloads onto them\nHelp design, build and run the Kubernetes-based AVL 2.0 platform, with a strong focus on availability, redundancy and DR\nAutomation\nBuild and maintain infrastructure as code and configuration automation (Ansible, Salt, Terraform)\nMaintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments, reducing manual operations\nSecurity and compliance\nApply strict access and security principles across our infrastructure\nDrive improvements from our cybersecurity roadmap and help us meet ISMS requirements and keep our ISO 27001 certification\nWork with our InfoSec Board on access governance, logging, security controls and audits\nOperations\nResolve infrastructure incidents, prioritise tickets and take part in 2nd-level on-call\nWork closely with Engineering, Support and Internal IT on deployments, performance, incident handling, VPN, certificates and identity integrations\nWhat we're looking for:\nStrong hands-on skills in Linux, networking, PostgreSQL and Kubernetes\nExperience with CI/CD and IaC tooling (Ansible, Salt and/or Terraform)\nExperience designing and running highly available, redundant systems, including disaster recovery\nA security-first mindset and awareness of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/ISMS experience is a plus)\nStrong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to dig deep, including into open-source code\nGood collaboration and communication skills, and readiness to take part in on-call\nFluent English\nNice to have:\nExperience migrating existing systems to Kubernetes\nBackground in public transport, mobility or other mission-critical systems\nWe offer:\nAn opportunity to participate in high-impact system development with a combination of hardware and software that influences billions of people around the globe. \nDynamic and challenging work in a growing international technology company. \nPassionate and experienced leaders.
