We’re looking for someone already based in Slovenia who is happy to work from our Ljubljana's office at least three days a week.\nYou'll own projects end-to-end, from scoping to handover, keeping things on time, on budget, and aligned with what the customer actually needs. You'll work closely with product owners who handle the requirements side, while you focus on the bigger picture - stakeholder management, technical guidance, and making sure everything lands well.\nStrong communication and a natural ability to bring clarity to complex situations will set you apart. Beyond delivery, you'll also support pre-sales and business development - consulting on bids and helping shape what we take to market.\nWhat you'll do:\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of projects - keeping schedules realistic, teams aligned, and customers informed.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.\nDefine project scope, manage risks, and keep a close eye on the budget.\nCoordinate across internal teams including Product, Engineering, Hardware, Installation, and Procurement.\nLead project meetings, maintain documentation, and report progress clearly.\nNegotiate change requests and push back on unrealistic deadlines or scope creep.\nSupport the pre-sales process with scheduling input based on resource availability.\nWhat you'll bring:\nSolid experience in IT project management, ideally in a tech product or systems integration environment.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills -
