Engineering Platform / CI-CDParticiper à la construction de la plateforme Engineering Platform.\n\nMettre en place des Secure Pipelines.\n\nTravailler autour de :\nGitHub Cloud Enterprise\n\nGitHub Actions\n\nJFrog\n\nSonarQube\n\n2. Industrialisation des pipelinesConcevoir des templates CI/CD standards groupe.\n\nIndustrialiser les pipelines.\n\nDéfinir des standards imposés aux équipes de développement.\n\nGarantir la conformité, la sécurité et la qualité des chaînes CI/CD.\n\n3. Expertise JFrog — ⭐ CRITÈRE N°1C'est le principal manque de l'équipe.\nLe candidat doit idéalement avoir une vraie expertise sur :\nJFrog Artifactory → MUST HAVE\n\nJFrog Xray → apprécié\n\nJFrog Curation → apprécié\n\n⚠️ Ne pas se contenter d'un candidat ayant simplement utilisé Artifactory comme utilisateur.\nIl faut une expérience d'administration / industrialisation / gouvernance.\n4. Développement PythonLe profil doit avoir une vraie fibre développeur.\nDéveloppement d'API en Python\n\nAutomatisation des services CI\n\nEncadrement de l'utilisation des outils\n\nRespect des normes et contraintes de sécurité\n\n👉 Python est donc beaucoup plus qu'un simple scripting.\n5. Run & LegacyLe candidat interviendra également sur les plateformes existantes :\nJenkins\n\nGitHub\n\nArtifactory\n\nAvec notamment :\névolutions\n\nupgrades\n\nmontées de versions\n\névolution des frameworks\n\nmaintenance\n\n6. Support / incidentsParticipation au support utilisateur par roulement :\ntraitement des tickets\n\nanalyse des incidents\n\nrésolution de problèmes\n\ncollaboration avec les équipes SRE\n\n7. Documentation / expertiseÉtudes techniques\n\nGuidelines\n\nDocumentation\n\nNouvelles fonctionnalités CI/CD\n\nProfil recherché\n👤 PROFIL RECHERCHÉOn recherche un Expert / Senior CI/CD / DevOps / Platform Engineering, avec une double compétence :\n🔧 OPSCapable d'administrer, maintenir et industrialiser une plateforme CI/CD.\n💻 DEVCapable de développer des API Python, automatiser et concevoir des solutions.\n⚠️ Important : ce n'est pas un poste pour un simple ingénieur de production qui exécute des tâches.\nLe candidat doit être capable de :\nprendre du recul\n\nconcevoir des solutions\n\nargumenter ses choix techniques\n\ntravailler à grande échelle\n\nchallenger les besoins\n\ndialoguer avec les équipes sécurité\n\nintervenir sur différents sujets de la plateforme.\n\n🏦 ENVIRONNEMENT IDÉALUne expérience dans un grand compte est fortement appréciée, notamment :\nBanque : BNP Paribas, Crédit Agricole, BPCE…\n\nIndustrie : EDF, Enedis, Carrefour…\n\nPourquoi ?
