As a driver, you must have a safe driving record, follow all state and national driving laws, rules, and regulations. \nJOB DESCRIPTION \nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. \nTransports buses to various sites to support sales/marketing/production and other departments \nPerforms test driving for quality assurance purposes \nConducts pre-trip and post-trip inspections \nWash and cleans vehicle when necessary \nChecks oil, fluids, and other items on company owned vehicles on a daily basis \nPerform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Supervisor including production and facility maintenance \nAdhere to all federal DOT regulations regarding commercial vehicles and licenses \nOperate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems \nFollow all company’s filed procedures and protocols\nOther duties as assigned\nCOMPETENCIES \nMust have a valid California Driver’s License (Class A or Class B; Passenger and Air Brake Endorsements) \nClean DMV record \nAttendance and punctuality are an essential function of the position \nPossess good customer service skills \nPrevious manufacturing or construction experience preferred \nCandidates will be required to submit to Pre-Employment Medical Examination, Back-Ground Checks and Drug/Alcohol Testing. \n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS \n Must be in good physical condition, able to sit, stand, bend, and lift for extended periods \n SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY \n none \n Travel \n At least 80% of traveling is required. Long distance, local and overnight travel can be required.
