In this role, you’ll act as a Salesforce subject matter expert, overseeing the setup, configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and support key business initiatives.\nYour day-to-day responsibilities will include:\nManage and configure multiple internal and customer-facing orgs\nDesign and implement Salesforce flows\nDevelop and maintain multiple experience cloud sites\nSupport and advise team members on Salesforce configuration and development across ongoing projects and feature enhancements\nEstablish and implement change control and best practices concerning system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity \nManage Salesforce roles, profiles/permissions, sharing rules, automations, and groups \nPrioritize, design, and facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of new processes\nParticipate in final acceptance testing, verifying with stakeholders, and deploying new functionality to production\nProvide training to internal users as well as clients \nWrite and manage technical documentation, including internal and external-facing knowledge base articles\nPreferred Qualifications and Experience:\nUndergraduate or College degree in a technical field\n2+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, support, and/or administration \nSalesforce Administration Certifications \nExperience deploying and managing 3rd-party integrations\nExperience with creating and maintaining complex Salesforce flows \nA strong knowledge of Salesforce formulas\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders\nStrong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal\nMust be available to travel to client sites within Canada and the US if required. \nLocation: Waterloo Region, Ontario (position requires minimum 3 day in-office attendance)\nCompensation and Benefits:\nBase Salary: $72K - $88K \nWork-Life Balance & Additional Perks: Flex-time work schedules, vacation time, bi-weekly catered lunches, social events, casual dress code\nBenefits Plan: Medical, dental, prescription, life/health spending accounts, and more\nWork Environment: Located in KW's most desirable work space in the heart of Uptown Waterloo. \nCommuter Program: Complimentary rides to and from work within the Waterloo region\nWho we are:\nhttp://www.rideco.com\nRideCo powers on-demand transit.
