Management retains the discretion of adding or changing the duties of the position at any time.\nPasadena, CA (Onsite) Full-time\nSalary: 90K to 110K\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with strong project delivery experience to lead enterprise system initiatives across CRM, ERP, and operational platforms.\nThis role is best suited for someone who can bridge business and technical teams and has hands-on experience driving system implementations from design to go-live.\nYou will work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver scalable system solutions that improve business efficiency.\nWhat You Will Do\nProject & Delivery Ownership\nLead end-to-end delivery of enterprise systems projects (requirements → design → implementation → go-live → support)\nManage project scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication\nDrive cross-functional alignment across business teams, IT, and external vendors\nProactively identify blockers and drive resolution\nBusiness Analysis & Process Improvement\nGather and translate business requirements into:\nFunctional specifications\nProcess flows\nUser stories\nAnalyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across systems\nSupport solution design with a focus on scalability and operational efficiency\nSystems & Technical Collaboration\nPartner with engineering and data teams on:\nSystem integrations\nData flows\nProcess automation\nSupport platforms such as:\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM\nSAP ERP\nOther enterprise and operational systems\nUnderstand system architecture at a conceptual level (APIs, integrations, data models)\nImplementation & Adoption\nSupport system testing (UAT), training, and go-live readiness\nDrive user adoption and change management\nMonitor post-launch performance and recommend improvements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field\n5+ years of experience in Business Systems, IT Business Analysis, or Systems Implementation\nProven experience leading enterprise system implementation projects end-to-end\nStrong project management skills: Scope, timeline, risk, stakeholder management\nExperience working across multiple business functions (Sales, Ops, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)\nStrong ability to translate business needs into system solutions\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills\nBilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin)\nTechnical Expectations (Important)\nSolid understanding of:\nSystem integrations\nData flows\nAPIs (conceptual level; coding not required)\nExperience working with technical teams on system enhancements and integrations\nPreferred Qualifications\n-Experience with:\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM\nSAP ERP\nEnterprise BPM\n-Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain-driven environments\n-Familiarity with Agile / Scrum or hybrid delivery models\n-Experience working with external vendors or system integrators\n-Basic knowledge of SQL, reporting, or BI tools\n-PMP / Scrum certification is a plus\nWhat Makes You Successful in This Role\n· You can drive projects forward in complex, cross-functional environments\n· You are comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams\n· You have hands-on experience delivering real system implementations, not just documentation\n· You can balance big-picture thinking with execution detail\nWhy Join Us\nYou will play a key role in driving high-impact enterprise system initiatives that directly support business growth and operational efficiency.
