with the Japanese offshore team\nJapanese offshore team is in charge of night operation on weekdays\nResponsible for the operational design, implementation, configuration, management and use of information systems that will adequately support the enterprise infrastructure of the organization\nAnalyzes system requirements and evaluates the needs of one or more functional areas within the ERP system in order to coordinate, implement and communicate business needs into technical requirements\nDefines system architecture including server infrastructure, capacity planning, storage requirements, and networking protocols\nEnsures that architecture project roll-outs meet security standards and be effectively integrated with current applications\nWorks on complex technical and business matters\nEducates others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 7 years of related experience\nSales management experience\nFinancial/Accounting experience a plus\nOracle 11g / 12g /19c databases thorough hands-on experience on SQL, PL/SQL\nLinux and Shell scripting knowledge\nAutosys Job Schedulers\nHands-on experience with Java, JSP, J2EE\nKnowledge of the IBM Integration Bus introduction is a plus\nOperation/Implementation of Sales Management System\nExcellent written and oral communication skills between English and Japanese is
