Responsibilities include the implementation and design of custom software/hardware for controlling automated testing systems, system integration, troubleshooting, interfacing with customers, and occasional on-site support of delivered systems.\nResponsibilities:\nSelf-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.\nStrong work habits including attention to detail, commitment to project schedules, and a willingness to take on new challenges.\nLead all technical aspects of test and measurement systems from project conception to completion.\nManage a cross-functional team of Applications Engineers and Design Engineers for hardware interfaces in various tester platforms.\nProvide direction, coordination, planning, and organization to the overall Engineering Design Team assigned to a specific project.\nCapture and comprehend customer requirements and specifications for design scope and compliance.\nProvide engineering information, answering questions, and fulfilling requests from customers and manufacturing.\nReview and approve product specifications and customer user documentation for the product.\nUnderstand and adhere to documentation standards under HM (Health Monitoring) standards, including cables, chassis, circuit cards, mechanical assemblies, and software.\nAnalyze data, present test results, and initiate system design changes for robustness and performance improvements.\nTake ownership of goals, project schedules, and milestones.\nDiagnose technical issues and propose viable solutions.\nQualifications:\nBachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.\n5 or more years of experience in achieving a sufficient level of proficiency and independence for this position.\nKnowledge of IPC standards.\nProficiency in a high-level programming language, circuit design, and analysis.\nEngages effectively with teams across different disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, and Software Engineering).\nProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.\nPassion for learning about and working with test and measurement industry technologies.\nQuick learning of applicable technology, systems, and commercial off-the-shelf components.\nAbility to multitask between concurrent projects.\nExcellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.\nEffective in a group development environment.\nStrong work ethic and drive to succeed.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
