Read more to apply!\nSchedule: Monday-Friday\nLocation: Lockport, NY\nPay Range: $24-$27 per hour\nBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure employees report to work as scheduled and complete and file paperwork.\nMaintain, manage, and update driver schedules on a daily basis.\nReport concerns, violations, or issues to the Operations Manager.\nAssign substitute drivers as needed.\nPlan, schedule, and assigns drivers for special transportation including field trips, athletic events etc.\nAssist in developing routes and schedules.\nAssist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating charter trips.\nAnswer heavy telephone volume and communicate on two-way radio.\nMaintain records of mileage, fuel consumption, and other related data.\nEnsure employees perform the required daily vehicle inspection and buses are cleaned daily as required by law.\nAssist maintenance in scheduling vehicles to report to the shop for maintenance.\nReview of onboard video and GPS monitoring.\nPerform other duties as assigned by Operations Manager.\nQualifications:\n2+ years working as a dispatcher or in high-volume customer service/call center environments, high school diploma or equivalent certification degree\nComplete all training requirements\nPre-employment background checks\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
