Read more to apply!\nJob Type: Full Time - Onsite, Monday-Friday\nLocation: Milton, FL\nSalary Range: Based on experience\nResponsibilities:\nIn conjunction with the GM, assist with the overall day-to-day operations of the facility\nEnsure coverage of daily transit fixed routes, trips, and charters\nOn-going customer development with Santa Rosa School District \nAssist with driver training and recruitment programs\nEnsure all drivers are equipped with all necessary job-related training in designee area\nAssist in preparing payroll, account receivables, accounts payables, and month end requirements\nCoordinate with HR when conducting disciplinary actions of employees\nParticipate in planning annual financial requirements for the facility\nResponsible for carrying out all STA policies and State and Federal applicable regulations\nPerform other duties as assigned\nQualifications:\nHigh school diploma, equivalent certification or Associate’s Degree from an accredited university or college in business is preferred\n3+ years’ experience in school bus or transportation related operations\n1+ years’ experience in a leadership role\nValid CDL license with passenger and school bus endorsement is a plus\nIf not CDL licensed will need to obtain \nExperience in MS Office Suite\nKnowledgeable in School District contracts and Federal and State regulations\nPass pre-employment screenings\nThe below statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
