This role is highly client-facing and requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and close collaboration with clinical, admissions, and program teams to ensure a smooth and supportive experience for clients and families.\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate with the Clinical Director, Admissions team, and clinical staff to manage the intake process from start to finish\nComplete intake assessments and ensure all admissions documentation is accurate and complete\nWelcome new clients and orient them to the treatment milieu\nConduct facility tours, phone assessments, and additional admissions-related tasks as needed\nCommunicate professionally and compassionately with clients, families, referral sources, and internal team members\nSupport outcomes research initiatives by gathering client feedback, reviews, and assessment data\nCoordinate and ensure completion of all discharge procedures, including returning client belongings and finalizing documentation\nCollaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure timely, organized, and supportive discharges\nSupport continuity of care through clear communication and documentation\nMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and support chart audits as needed\nParticipate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and in-service trainings\nAssist with onboarding and training for staff involved in intake and discharge processes\nDemonstrate professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct in alignment with agency values and philosophy\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and relevant experience considered\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in residential treatment, facilities management, or behavioral healthcare preferred\nMinimum of 1 year of experience working with youth and families\nStrong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in emotionally sensitive situations\nProven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary clinical teams\nSalary Range\n$25—$30 USD\nBenefits\nComprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision.\n401k with 4% match.\nPaid Time Off Programs including vacation, holidays, and illness.\nChef made meals onsite.\nProfessional trainings provided for development;
