This role is split roughly evenly between delivering integrations for new customers and helping launch a new managed integration services capability within consulting. You will help bring integration code into a single source of truth, define repeatable deployment and operating models, and make every new build faster and more consistent than the last. As a founding member of this effort, you will work closely with Technical Consulting leadership and Platform Engineering, and you will have the chance to shape how Ridgeline supports customers long after go-live.\nWhat success looks like\nWithin six months, you will have completed training, shadowed experienced consultants, and built integrations with guided support. You will have led the integration workstream for a customer implementation and become familiar with Ridgeline APIs, Workato connectors, and common third-party vendors. Within a year, you will have a holistic understanding of our implementation methodology and of the customer and vendor landscape, and you will have made meaningful progress with Platform Engineering on reusable, centrally managed integration assets.\nWhat you'll do\nLead and project manage integration workstream\nConduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers’ integration needs\nBuild and deploy integrations that are reusable, well documented, and maintainable across customers.\nPartner with Platform Engineering to move integration code into a single source of truth with consistent deployment practices.\nImprove our implementation methodology and consulting efficiency, with a focus on reducing technical debt and the hours required for repeat builds.\nHelp define the operating model for managed integration services that supports customers after go-live.\nEngage directly with customers and vendors to scope, build, and troubleshoot integrations.\nWhat we look for\n3-5 years of professional experience delivering technical solutions for customer or internal stakeholders in a software, consulting or complex technology environment.\nExperience working in a complex technology organization, ideally a microservices environment, with a demonstrated understanding of how to deploy a service.\nPractical software development or systems engineering experience beyond configuration, including building, deploying, and maintaining technical solutions.\nExperience owning the resolution of a complex, high-impact technical challenge within a multi-system or microservices environment.\nComfort working directly with customers and vendors, and the ability to learn new technologies and domains quickly.\nBonus Points\nExperience in financial services or investment management (not required; we welcome backgrounds from other industries).\nExperience championing and driving adoption of source control, testing, deployment, and monitoring practices for a team.\nHands-on experience with Workato or another Integration-Platform-as-a-Service solution (Workday Studio, Mulesoft, Boomi, or Similar)\nHave explored and developed initial ideas about agentic operations: agentic code review, continuous deployment, end-to-end integration tests, observability tooling, LLM gateway, and other related areas\nStrong opinions about different models and when to use them is a plus!\nCompensation and Benefits \nThe cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $114,000 - $143,000 OTE.
