Works with the Operations Manager for Dispatch and Warehouse, as well as the Beverage Supervisor to ensure satisfactory results.\nRESPONSIBILITIES Other responsibilities include, but not limited to:\nAssists with supervising the overall operations and logistics of the Food Dispatch department.\nSupports Operations Manager - Dispatch in dispatching activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and packaging and distribution of food and warehouse orders.\nDevelop and implement systems for efficient sorting of food orders within the holding refrigerators, account for missing product and incomplete orders.\nDetermines routing of trucks and drivers’ schedules, based on efficient timetables and customer needs.\nAssist in directing the work of all dispatching personnel. Maintains time and attendance records.\nMaintains open communication with production supervisors to arrange movement of foods and ensure a smooth flow.\nServes as a liaison between Dispatching, Warehouse and all Sales departments including Social, Contract and Haute Catering.\nEnsure all policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.\nSupport other Operation Managers and Supervisors when needed. \nProduce proper daily and weekly schedules for all employees to eliminate idle time and increase productivity. \nUtilize down time to clean and sanitize working areas and equipment.\nMaintain the exterior premise to ensure it is clean and free of pallets, bread trays, racks, etc.\nAssure proper maintenance of delivery vehicle;
