By fostering collaboration and connection at every level, we can be phenomenal.\nJob Duties\nSafely operate Ridwell high-roof cargo vans throughout the Los Angeles area\nComplete assigned routes safely and efficiently, typically involving 125-150 residential service stops daily\nCollect members' materials from designated bins at their homes\nAssist with completing remaining stops after finishing your assigned route \nNavigate routes effectively using the provided smartphone apps\nMaintain regular communication with our dedicated Driver Support team regarding route timing\nManage loading and unloading of vehicles efficiently\nDeliver Ridwell bins and new member kits to members’ homes\nProvide excellent customer service when interacting with Ridwell members\nWork safely outdoors and in all weather conditions, various temperature extremes, including heat, cold, moisture, and wind\nTransition between driving and warehouse responsibilities as needed\nFollow all company policies and safety procedures consistently\nSupport additional operational needs as they arise\nMaintain positive communication with team members across all functions\nA smartphone is required for GPS navigation and route management (phone stipend provided).\nJob Requirements\nAbility to maintain consistent attendance -
