As a Senior TPM, you will own the planning and execution of large technical programs that bring these components together into deployable quantum systems.\nYou will operate in a fast-moving deep-tech environment where many efforts are research-driven and technically ambiguous, requiring strong judgment, technical understanding, and execution discipline.\nWhat You'll Do\nProgram Leadership\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of complex technical programsat the system level.\n\nBuild and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and integration schedulesfor quantum system releases.\n\nDrive execution across multiple engineering teams while maintaining alignment with company priorities.\n\nCross-Functional Execution\nCoordinate work between teams, including:\nQuantum device & fabrication\n\nCryogenic, control hardware and software\n\nManage dependencies and integration across the quantum computing stack.\n\nSystems Integration\nLead cross-team integration planningfor new quantum processor generations and system deployments.\n\nEnsure alignment between research milestones and engineering deliverables.\n\nTrack readiness across hardware, firmware, and software layers.\n\nRisk & Decision Management\nIdentify technical, schedule, and operational risks early.\n\nFacilitate data-driven decisions with engineering leadership.\n\nDrive resolution of cross-team blockers and competing priorities.\n\nOperational Excellence\nEstablish scalable program management practices for deep-tech R&D.\n\nImprove engineering planning, milestone tracking, and program reporting.\n\nSupport leadership with clear program visibility and status reporting.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n7+ yearsof experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or systems engineering.\nExperience delivering complex multidisciplinary technology programs.\nStrong understanding of hardware + software system development lifecycles.\nDemonstrated ability to lead programs across multiple specialized engineering teams.\nExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous, research-driven environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in quantum computing, semiconductors, advanced hardware systems, or deep-tech startups.\nBackground working with R&D organizations or research-to-product transitions.\nExperience with large-scale system integration programs.\nFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid development models in hardware/software environments.\nDegree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or related technical
