required.\nRequirements\nQualifications & Requirements\n\n Minimum three years of progressive human resources experience. \n CHRP or CHRL designation, or a degree in Human Resources Management. \n Direct experience using PayWork and Workforce. \n Strong payroll experience, including Records of Employment, benefits administration,\nand government remittances. \n Knowledge of Ontario employment legislation, including:\no Employment Standards Act\no Ontario Human Rights Code\no Occupational Health and Safety Act\no Pay Equity Act\no WSIB requirements \n Experience independently handling employee relations matters and workplace\ninvestigations. \n Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. \n Strong judgment, professionalism, and discretion when handling confidential\ninformation. \n Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines with minimal\nsupervision. \n Ability to
