Manage all documentation\nand correspondence with the Employer, Sub-Contractors, suppliers, and internal\nteams, including review comments, meeting minutes, and action lists; ensure\nproper record-keeping, controlled access, and appropriate distribution.\n2.5. Prepare, monitor, and\nreport the Department budget and work schedule; identify technical risks,\ndevelop mitigation plans, and implement value engineering principles to\noptimize technical solutions and prevent budget or schedule deviations. Define\nKPIs for departmental processes, track performance, and implement corrective\nactions for deviations.\n2.6. Manage all signed\nprocurement packages, including engineering, planning, reporting, supply, site\ninstallation, and commissioning supervision; monitor technical compliance and\nprogress of equipment manufacturing; participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT);\nand resolve any scope changes or technical issues with suppliers.\n2.7. Provide technical\noversight and support for site implementation; coordinate effectively with\nother engineering disciplines; and participate in technical bid evaluations or\ntender processes as required.\nRequirements\n1.Job\nRequirements and Competencies\n2.\n2.1.Education\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical\nEngineering or related field.\n2.2.Experience\nMinimum 10 years of experience in Electrical\nEngineering for EPC based Power Plant projects,\nincluding design, procurement, and site implementation. \n2.3. Language\n& Computer Skills\nGood command of English\n(written and spoken).\nProficiency in MS Office\napplications.\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, ETAP, and\nsimilar electrical design and analysis softwareAutoCAD.\n2.4.
