Manage all documentation\nand correspondence with the Employer, Sub-Contractors, suppliers, and internal\nteams, including review comments, meeting minutes, and action lists; ensure\nproper record-keeping, controlled access, and appropriate distribution.\n2.5. Prepare, monitor, and\nreport the Department budget and work schedule; identify technical risks,\ndevelop mitigation plans, and implement value engineering principles to\noptimize technical solutions and prevent budget or schedule deviations. Define KPIs\nfor departmental processes, track performance, and implement corrective actions\nfor deviations.\n2.6. Manage all signed\nprocurement packages, including engineering, planning, reporting, supply, site\ninstallation, and commissioning supervision; monitor technical compliance and\nprogress of equipment manufacturing; participate in Factory Acceptance Tests\n(FAT); and resolve any scope changes or technical issues with suppliers.\n2.7. Provide technical\noversight and support for site implementation; coordinate effectively with\nother engineering disciplines; and participate in technical bid evaluations or\ntender processes as required.\n2.8. Conduct root cause\nanalyses for non-conformities, develop corrective action plans, and ensure\nresolution. Prepare and/or participate in Method Statements, HSE Risk\nAssessments, and incident investigations.\n2.9. Ensure compliance with\nthe Company’s Quality procedures, Integrated Management System, and\ndocumentation requirements. Participate in and contribute to Quality,\nOccupational Health & Safety (OHS), and Environmental trainings and\nmeetings. Take appropriate measures to minimize environmental impact, resource\nconsumption, and waste generation.\n2.10. Assess departmental\nresource requirements, initiate requests, and support fulfillment. Conduct\nperformance evaluations for Engineering personnel and maintain records.\n2.11. Fulfill assigned duties\ncompletely, report on time, and act in accordance with the Company’s mission,\nvision, and values. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by\nsupervisors, even if not explicitly stated.\nRequirements\n2.1.Education\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical\nEngineering or related field (e.g., Mechatronics).\n2.2.Experience\nMinimum 10 years of experience in\nMechanical Engineering for EPC based Power Plant projects, including design,\nprocurement, and site implementation. \n2.3. Language\n& Computer Skills\nGood command of English\n(written and spoken).\nProficiency in MS Office\napplications.\nWorking knowledge of\nAutoCAD.\n2.4.
