disbursement.\nMaintain accurate employee payroll data, attendance, leave records, and salary components.\nHandle payroll inputs including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, deductions, and reimbursements.\nEnsure compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other payroll-related regulations.\nPrepare payroll reports, salary statements, and MIS reports.\nCoordinate with finance and HR teams for payroll-related activities.\nResolve employee payroll queries and ensure smooth employee experience.\nMaintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.\nSupport audits and payroll compliance checks.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Accounting, or a related field.\n3+ years of experience in payroll administration or HR operations.\nStrong understanding of payroll processing and statutory compliance.\nHands-on experience with payroll software/HRMS tools.\nKnowledge of Indian payroll laws including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS.\nStrong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting).\nExcellent attention to detail and analytical skills.\nGood communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to manage confidential
