books, SOPs, and incident documentation in Confluence.\nAdhere\nto change management, deployment governance, and disaster recovery standards.\nSupport\nincident response for critical production systems.\nSolid\nunderstanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing,\nFirewalls).\nExperience\nwith at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nAutomation\n& CI/CD\nProficiency\nin one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, or Java).\nUnderstanding\nof CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.\nContainers\n& Observability\nHands-on\nexperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience\nwith monitoring tools such as Grafana or Power BI.\nAbility\nto analyze logs, metrics, and traces for troubleshooting.\nITSM &\nDocumentation\nExperience\nwith ServiceNow & JIRA (incident/change/problem workflows).\nWorking\nknowledge of Confluence for technical documentation and knowledge management.\nAdditional\nExperience (Preferred)\nBackground\nin DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering\nUnderstanding\nof security best practices and compliance
