operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.\nPerform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents. \nOptimize system performance, availability, and production services.\nCollaboration & Tools\nCoordinate with external vendors and internal cross-functional teams. \nWork closely with Engineering, Product Owners, and Operations teams.\nManage incidents and changes using ServiceNow & JIRA. \nCollaborate through Slack and structured communication channels.\nTechnical Skills\nSystems & Clouds\nStrong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix systems\nSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing,\nFirewalls).\nExperience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nAutomation & CI/CD\nProficiency in one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, or\nJava).\nUnderstanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices.\nContainers\nHands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes\nExperience with monitoring tools such as or Power BI.\nAbility to analyze logs, metrics, and traces for troubleshooting.\nITSM & Documentation\n\n Experience with ServiceNow & JIRA (incident/change/problem workflows)\nWorking knowledge of Confluence for technical documentation and knowledge\nmanagement.\nAdditional Experience (Preferred)\nBackground in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering\nUnderstanding of security best practices and compliance standards.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, Jellyfish, GitHub Copilot\nExposure to
