Job Title: Store Manager
Department: Plant warehouse
Reporting To: Plant Head
Location: Guwahati
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Achieve sales targets and improve store profitability
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to deliver high performance
Ensure excellent customer service and handle escalations effectively
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and minimize shrinkage
Implement visual merchandising and brand guidelines
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards
Coordinate with warehouse, vendors, and HO teams when required
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
Strong leadership and people management skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Sales-driven mindset with analytical abilities
Knowledge of inventory management and billing systems
Basic computer skills (POS, MS Excel, reports)
Experience
3-7 years of experience in retail / store operations
Experience in fashion, FMCG, electronics, lifestyle, or similar retail preferred
CTC / Salary
As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)

Rotational shifts as per store operations
