With offices in the UK and the US, we support clients worldwide, helping them to accelerate growth through the power of sport.\nRole Overview\nAs the Partnership Effectiveness Manager, your core workstreams will be to lead the development and delivery of comprehensive measurement and reporting frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness and value of our clients’ sport partnerships.\nWorking closely with internal teams, external partners, and data providers, you will design and manage the tools, methodologies, and analyses that demonstrate partnership performance, value creation, and return on investment.\nAdditional workstreams will support the Partnership Effectiveness Lead on projects such as partnership contract renewal projects and new business pitching.\nYou are analytically minded, commercially astute, and thrive on turning data into clear, actionable insights. Naturally curious, you understand the nuances of partnership performance, sponsorship measurement, and marketing ROI.\nYou can bring structure to complex data environments and align diverse stakeholders around clear definitions of success. You are equally comfortable analysing research outputs, facilitating workshops, and presenting concise, strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.\nAs a collaborator, you excel in connecting the dots across teams and partners, ensuring measurement frameworks not only capture impact but also drive continuous improvement. If you are passionate about evidence-based strategy and want to help leading brands quantify and optimise the value of their partnerships, this is the role for you.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeading working sessions with key stakeholders to align on partnership objectives, success metrics, and performance outcomes.\nDefining and mapping partnership value, including ROI models, measurement definitions, and relevant KPIs.\nReviewing, auditing, and integrating existing data sources (e.g., media valuation, brand tracking and consumer research, and rights holder reporting).\nIdentifying measurement gaps and recommending new approaches or data sources to address them. Then coordinating additional research initiatives as required to strengthen analysis and insight quality.\nDeveloping and presenting concise measurement frameworks and early insights to inform business planning and strategy.\nActing as the central hub for all partnership performance data collection, validation, and analysis.\nAnalysing consolidated data to measure partnership impact and effectiveness from visibility and engagement to brand equity and commercial outcomes.\nIdentifying opportunities to optimise partnership performance through benchmarking, insights, and strategic recommendations.\nProducing detailed effectiveness and ROI reports highlighting inputs, outputs, and outcomes across partnership portfolios.\nCreating and delivering executive summaries and presentations for senior stakeholders, distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights for future investment decisions.\nSkills & Experience Required\nProven experience in partnership evaluation, sponsorship analytics, or marketing effectiveness.\nStrong understanding of sponsorship measurement frameworks, ROI modelling, and performance reporting.\nExperience using data from Nielsen, Kantar, YouGov, or equivalent brand research and media valuation sources.\nAbility to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.\nHigh proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).\nExceptional project management and organisational skills.\nExperience developing or managing research projects, including both quantitative and qualitative methods.\nCollaborative and proactive, with the ability to influence across teams and organisations.\nExperience within sports marketing, sponsorship, or brand partnership environments would be advantageous.\nExperience measuring B2B marketing performance/measurement would be advantageous, particularly using CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) to track pipeline influence, attribution and lead progression.\nFamiliarity with econometric analysis or marketing mix modelling would be advantageous.\nConsultancy or agency experience working with large brands and data-driven projects would be advantageous.\nRole Structure & Benefits\nHybrid working\nFlexible hours with core working hours between 10am -
