Our platform will connect consumers, landlords and estate agents across the country. The product is in development, and we are assembling the core team to take it from idea to launch.\nThe Role\nReporting to the Founder, you will be the operational engine of the platform build, owning delivery from vendor management through to go-to-market. You will have significant autonomy over day-to-day execution. Your responsibilities will include:\nOwning the project plan, milestones and timeline for the web platform, mobile app and agent portal\nManaging the IT build partner and other contractors, holding them to scope, quality and deadlines\nCoordinating between the Founder, technical teams, estate agent partners and external stakeholders\nIdentifying delivery risks early and proposing solutions\nDesigning and running the onboarding programme for Zambian estate agents, including licensing agreements\nMonitoring Zambia’s property and technology market to inform product and business priorities\nTracking the project budget and supporting milestone-based vendor payments\nMentoring and overseeing the Associate Project Lead\nProviding regular progress reports to the Founder\nQualifications and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, Engineering or a related field\n4-6+ years’ professional experience, including at least 2 years in a project lead, programme management or senior operations role\nProven experience managing technology builds or digital product launches\nZambian national or legally permitted to work in Zambia\nWhat We Are Looking For\nStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once\nExcellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to handle vendor negotiations and stakeholder reporting\nSomeone comfortable in an early-stage environment where not everything is defined, and who builds the structure\nAdvantageous: PropTech, real estate, marketplace or financial services experience; agile/scrum exposure (PMP, PRINCE2 or similar); a network in Zambia’s business, real estate or tech sectors; startup experience; familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms such as Bubble.io.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary of ZMW 12,000 - 18,000 per month, commensurate with experience\nPerformance bonus tied to platform launch milestones\nDirect access to the Founder and real influence on company strategy\nFlexible hybrid working in Lusaka\nA pathway to permanent leadership as the company grows\nThe chance to help build a platform that will reshape how Zambians find and transact property\nEqual Opportunity\nWe actively encourage women to apply, as well as young professionals and candidates from diverse backgrounds.
