This involves liaison with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and colleagues in the UK and Internationally.\nEnsuring customer concerns and queries are addressed in a timely fashion\nLiaise with other internal stakeholders to progress outstanding issues\nEffectively communicate relevant information to interested parties (customers, internal stakeholders, sub-contractors)\nResolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion\nAgree achievable timescales with customer and maintain communication throughout the project\nDevelop thorough contractual understanding of existing supply contracts and general contractual requirement\nEnsure existing supply projects are executed in accordance with contract\nEnsure that all works fall within the contract requirements.\nProcess required changes in accordance with change procedures and ensure appropriate commercial arrangements are made with the customer\nTechnical management, maintaining awareness of industry developments; interface with technical experts within customer organisations\nMonitor and manage project budget\nApprove invoices from sub-contractors; determine relevant costs, work with bid management to prepare and submit commercial offers for opportunities that may arise.\nEnsure products are scheduled for manufacture in the factory and delivered to the customer when needed.\nCo-ordinate site construction, manage necessary subcontractors for installation and commissioning activities.\nLiaise with colleagues as necessary to provide supervision for site construction and subcontractor work\nEnsure timely preparation of any necessary method statements and construction health & safety documentation;
