This is a senior, target-carrying role: you'll own the full sales cycle for new business, build a strategic pipeline of clients and partners, and shape how we position and grow our service offering across markets. You will be selling services, not a physical product, so this role calls for strategic, consultative selling rather than transactional pitching.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nOwn and drive the end-to-end business development strategy, from lead generation to deal closure.\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, healthcare providers and other healthcare organisations.\nBuild and manage a robust sales pipeline in the company CRM, forecasting accurately against revenue targets.\nLead contract negotiations and structure commercial agreements that align with company goals, working with legal and compliance teams.\nRepresent the company at industry conferences, trade shows and networking events to build market presence.\nWork closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategy and identify priority markets and segments.\nMonitor competitor activity, regulatory shifts and market trends, and ensure partnerships and promotional activity comply with healthcare advertising and data protection rules.\nReport regularly on pipeline health, revenue performance and market insights.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in business development, sales or commercial leadership within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare services industry.\nStrong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and market access environments, including UK bodies such as the MHRA and GPhC, healthcare and procurement frameworks such as the NHS, UAE regulatory authorities (e.g. MOHAP, DHA, DOH), and regional distribution and commercialisation models.\nDemonstrated success navigating multi-market, cross-border sales, building trust and closing deals with stakeholders operating under different regulatory and commercial systems.\nA track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.\nProven experience selling services or solutions (rather than physical products), with the ability to translate complex offerings into clear client value.\nStrong commercial acumen, with experience structuring and negotiating high-value contracts.\nExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrategic thinker who can also execute hands-on in a fast-moving environment.\nWillingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.\nBenefits\nAt SIBIE LTD, we are committed to creating a dynamic, innovative workplace where every team member has the opportunity to make a real impact.
