You'll own statutory accounts, tax filings, consolidation and management reporting, while keeping us compliant with HMRC and Companies House. This role suits someone hands-on in the numbers who can also support leadership with clear financial insight.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nStatutory Accounts: Prepare UK statutory accounts and Corporation Tax returns.\nMonth-End Close: Lead month-end close and monthly management accounts.\nGroup Accounting: Manage multi-entity accounting and group consolidation.\nCash Flow: Build and maintain cash flow forecasts.\nBudgeting: Own budgeting and forecasting cycles.\nXero: Run all entities on Xero, hands-on.\nReporting: Prepare board and management reports.\nCompliance: Handle Companies House and HMRC filings, VAT returns and PAYE.\nAudit: Work with external auditors on year-end audits.\nRequirements\nQualification: Qualified CA or ACCA (mandatory).\nExperience: Minimum 4-5 years in accounting/finance.\nUK Experience: Proven experience in UK statutory accounts and Corporation Tax.\nStandards: Strong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS.\nUK Tax: Experience with VAT returns and PAYE/payroll compliance.\nGroup Experience: Strong multi-entity, multi-currency and consolidation background.\nXero: Hands-on Xero experience, ideally multi-entity.\nReporting: Track record in board or management reporting.\nAdvantage: Healthcare, pharmacy or regulated industry; EU VAT / OSS; UAE experience; e-commerce / D2C.\nBenefits\nAt SIBIE Ltd, as a global organisation operating across Europe, the US, the UK, and the UAE, we offer visa sponsorship.
