We are a preferred partner for several leading healthcare organisations due to the high quality of our products and services.\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced, UAE-based Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the online stores for our pharmacy and healthcare brands across our international markets, from Shopify and performance marketing to retention, content and analytics.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nShopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.) and landing page optimisation.\nPerformance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, managing significant budgets to scale growth while improving CAC and ROAS. Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising rules in each market and with Meta and Google pharmacy ad policies.\nRetention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools, in line with data protection and consent requirements (GDPR, UAE PDPL).\nCopywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions and email campaigns, ensuring health claims are accurate and compliant.\nData Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.\nLeadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.\nRequirements\nEnglish: Native-level fluency in English, essential for high-level communication and copywriting.\nShopify Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.\nProven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling an e-commerce brand.\nTechnical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC and email marketing automation.\nIndustry Experience: Experience marketing healthcare, pharmacy or wellness products is a strong advantage.\nEducation: Bachelor's degree required, attested for the UAE visa process.\nAvailability: Able to join immediately.\nBenefits\nAt SIBIE Ltd, as a global organisation operating across Europe, the US, the UK, and the UAE, we offer visa sponsorship.
