You will generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach and field sales, build relationships with pharmacies and clinics, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships, working closely with senior leadership to close key accounts.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nGenerate and qualify new leads through targeted outbound calling.\nConduct field visits to pharmacies, clinics and healthcare providers.\nPresent our services to decision makers.\nSchedule and prepare for client meetings and appointments.\nClose deals independently or alongside senior leadership.\nBuild and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline.\nTrack sales activity and report performance to management.\nMonitor market trends and competitor activity.\nRequirements\n2-3 years experience in pharmaceutical sales (3 years preferred).\nBachelor’s degree in a scientific field such as Biomedical Science, Medical Technology or Biochemistry.\nProven experience in outbound calling and field sales.\nStrong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.\nResilient, persistent and target-driven.\nExcellent communication skills, with native-level English.\nProfessional, personable and confident with decision makers.\nKnowledge of the GLP-1 market is an advantage.\nBenefits\nAt SIBIE Ltd, as a global organisation operating across Europe, the US, the UK, and the UAE, we offer visa sponsorship.
