The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in professional video editing and post-production, with the ability to create high-quality, engaging, and polished video content for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities\nEdit high-quality video content for social media, websites, YouTube, marketing campaigns, and other digital platforms.\nHandle the full post-production process, including video cutting, sequencing, transitions, colour correction, colour grading, sound editing, and visual enhancements.\nCreate engaging video content that aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and project requirements.\nAdd motion graphics, animations, titles, subtitles, visual effects, and other creative elements where required.\nWork with raw footage and transform it into polished, professional, and platform-ready videos.\nSelect and synchronise appropriate music, sound effects, voiceovers, and other audio elements to enhance the final production.\nAdapt videos into different formats, durations, and aspect ratios suitable for different digital and social media platforms.\nCollaborate with the Marketing and Content Teams to understand creative requirements and deliver videos in line with campaign objectives.\nMaintain high standards of visual quality, consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the editing process.\nStay up to date with current video-editing techniques, trends, formats, and industry-standard post-production practices.\nRequirements\nMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.\nStrong proficiency in professional video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.\nStrong understanding of video editing principles, storytelling, pacing, transitions, colour grading, audio editing, and visual effects.\nExperience creating video content for social media and digital platforms.\nAbility to work with different video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and platform requirements.\nStrong creative judgement with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to transform raw footage into polished, engaging, and professional final content.\nAdvanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication and collaboration with global teams.\nA strong portfolio demonstrating professional video-editing work.\nAbility to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects when required.\nBenefits\nAt SIBIE Ltd, as a global organisation operating across Europe, the US, the UK, and the UAE, we offer visa sponsorship.
