Customer Technical Care - 6 month FTC

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office. Tues/Weds) Team: Customer Experience  Reports to: Customer Experience Team Leader

About the Role 

As a Data Feed Project Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy and timely delivery of property data into Rightmove. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and the quality of the data they provide directly impacts their success on our platform. 

You will play a key role in delivering data feed onboarding, migration and implementation projects across Rightmove's customer base. Working with estate agents, developers, software providers and internal teams, you will manage the setup, testing, validation and launch of property data feeds, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. You'll investigate technical issues, coordinate stakeholders and drive successful project outcomes, helping customers maximise the value of their integration with Rightmove.  

This 6-month fixed-term role is ideal for someone with experience in technical implementations, data analysis, integrations or project delivery who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment 

What you’ll be doing  

  • Delivering data feed onboarding, migration and implementation projects for estate agents, developers and software partners. 
  • Managing the end-to-end setup, testing, validation and launch of property data feeds into Rightmove. 
  • Working closely with customers, software providers and internal technical teams to ensure successful and timely project delivery. 
  • Investigating and resolving data feed, integration and data quality issues that could impact project delivery. 
  • Validating feed configurations and property data to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with required standards. 
  • Managing project milestones, tracking progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle. 
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for project-related queries, ensuring customers and partners remain informed and engaged. 
  • Collaborating with Product, Technology and Customer teams to remove delivery blockers and drive successful project outcomes. 
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, implementation records and testing results. 
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline onboarding processes, improve data quality and increase implementation efficiency.

  • Comfortable seeking information from other Rightmove teams and external partners to find the best solution.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively prioritise multiple investigations and tasks. 
  • Has strong task and workload management skills. 
  • Who is self-aware, can identify own strengths and areas for improvement and isn't afraid to ask for support when needed. 
  • Can receive and provide constructive feedback and has a desire to be coached for optimum performance. 
  • Can work closely with stakeholders to help drive strong relationships and communication. 
  • Experience working with technical systems, integrations, feeds, APIs, databases or structured data would be advantageous but is not essential.
