You’ll help ensure our people processes are efficient, consistent, and aligned with our culture and values.\nWe work on a hybrid model, with this role based from our Milton Keynes office, 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nYou will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the People team. \nAct as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolving issues where possible or directing them to the appropriate team member, such as a People Business Partner, to ensure timely and accurate support.\nSupporting the day-to-day administration of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract changes, and leavers.\nManage employee benefits and liaise with providers to ensure a smooth experience for employees.\nBe a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, processes, and systems.\nContribute to the delivery of people projects and process improvements.\nMaintain accurate data across all systems, preparing and updating reports and documentation as needed.\nWho you are\nExperience in a HR administrative role or exposure to HR through training is desirable, demonstrating a solid foundation in people processes.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and able to undertake basic analysis and support in the creation of documents and presentations.\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nProactive & adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nHigh level of integrity and confidentiality.\nStrong organisational and time-management skills.\nProactive & adaptable, thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nLife at Rightmove\nDespite our growth, we’ve remained a friendly, supportive place to work, with employee #1 still working here!
