are looking for an experienced Enterprise Software Engineering Manager to lead software engineering initiatives.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise software development, embedded software, product verification & validation, automation, and stakeholder management.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Lead and manage enterprise software engineering teams and projects.\n\n- Drive software development across the complete product lifecycle.\n\n- Provide technical leadership for embedded software engineering initiatives.\n\n- Establish and maintain software engineering processes, standards, and best practices.\n\n- Lead Verification & Validation (V&V) activities for software/product development.\n\n- Ensure software quality, reliability, traceability, and compliance with applicable industry processes.\n\n- Drive test automation and quality engineering initiatives using tools such as Playwright.\n\n- Collaborate with Product, QA, Systems Engineering, Hardware, and other cross-functional teams.\n\n- Manage technical and business stakeholders across multiple projects.\n\n- Mentor engineering teams and support hiring, performance management, and capability development.\n\n- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvements.\n\n- Manage project risks, dependencies, schedules, and delivery commitments.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience in engineering leadership/management.\n\n- Strong background in Enterprise Software Engineering.\n\n- Experience with Embedded Software Development.\n\n- Hands-on understanding of Software Verification & Validation.\n\n- Experience with test automation and frameworks such as Playwright.\n\n- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and engineering best practices.\n\n- Experience managing and mentoring software engineering teams.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\n- Experience working in Medical Devices, Aerospace, or other regulated/high-reliability industries is highly desirable.\n\n- Ability to work effectively across
