delivery artifacts.\nMust-Have Experience\n8+ years of overall experiencein Digital Experience Platforms, Marketing Operations, Content Management, Work Management, or related enterprise application consulting.\n\n4+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Assets / DAM) experience, including metadata schema design, taxonomy management, asset governance, workflow configuration, and content operations.\n\n3+ years of Adobe Workfront experience, including configuration of projects, request queues, custom forms, reports, dashboards, and approval workflows.\n\n5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.\n\n3+ years of Agile delivery experience, including backlog management, sprint planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.\n\nExperience delivering at least 2-3 enterprise-scale Adobe platform implementationsas a consultant, business analyst, functional lead, or solution consultant.\n\nProven experience translating business requirements into implementation-ready user stories, tickets, process flows, and solution documentation.\n\nExperience working directly with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams in client-facing environments.\n\nGood to Have\nAdobe Workfrontexperience.\n\nExperience with DAM migration or content transformation programs.\n\nExperience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.\n\nAdobe Workfront or AEM certifications.\n\nExperience in Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead business discovery and requirements gathering workshops.\n\nTranslate business requirements into solution designs and implementation-ready user stories.\n\nConfigure Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets platforms to meet client needs.\n\nDesign metadata schemas, asset structures, workflows, and governance processes.\n\nDrive backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirement prioritization activities.\n\nCollaborate with architects, developers, and project teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\n\nCreate clear documentation, process flows, tickets, and acceptance criteria.\n\nProvide guidance on Adobe platform best practices and adoption strategies.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and support client-facing discussions.\n\nCore
