You'll work directly with leadership and embed yourself across eng, product, sales, and go-to-market - partnering with some of the sharpest people you've ever worked with to solve problems that don't have clean answers.\nThis role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll tear apart broken processes and rebuild them. You'll find the thing three people are doing manually and automate it. You’re always looking to prioritize your time and resources for maximum efficiency.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nGet embedded in teams across Rilla such as eng, product, sales, GTM to understand how they work, find what's slowing them down, and build the structure to fix it\n\nTurn messy, manual, or missing processes into systems that scale\n\nImplement and manage tools that keep every team operating at peak performance (think CRMs, dashboards, automation)\n\nMonitor KPIs and operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and create solutions that improve efficiency company-wide\n\nOversee systems access management, granting and revoking permissions as needed\n\nWhat We Need\n2-5+ years in strategy consulting, business operations, finance, or other analytical/strategy roles\n\nExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; mastery of Excel/Sheets modeling\n\nAbility to break down ambiguous problems, structure approaches, and execute with speed and rigor\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analysis for non-technical audiences\n\nHigh ownership, low ego, and willingness to work across both high-stakes strategic projects and detailed execution\n\nComfort in fast-changing, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly\n\nNice to Have\nFamiliarity with CRMs, workflow automation tools, or business intelligence platforms\n\nExposure to early-stage or high-growth startups where you've had to build from scratch\n\nYou've fixed something that wasn't technically your problem to fix\n\nDon’t Work Here\nPlease don't join if you're not excited about:\nWorking ~70 hrs/week in person with some of the most ambitious people in NYC\n\nAttempting to build a generational company, and the intensity required to do so\n\nCompensation\nThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000/year.\nSuccessful candidates with competing offers will receive matching and competitive offers.\nTotal compensation for this position may also include Incentive Stock Options and other potential future incentives.
