This is an ideal role for a designer early in their career who is fast, systems-minded, and excited to put a brand-new visual identity into the world at volume.\nYou'll work directly with the Brand Design Lead on everything the company puts in front of its audience - campaigns, events, the website, and the materials our sales team uses every day. You'll get meaningful ownership early and be expected to extend our brand system into formats nobody has designed yet.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign campaign and performance creative across paid social, display, LinkedIn, X, and email\n\nBuild event and field marketing assets for our Recon series, Close Club, and conference presence - signage, booth graphics, speaker cards, swag, and on-site collateral\n\nProduce sales collateral including one-pagers, battle cards, and pitch deck updates\n\nBuild and maintain templates that let the go-to-market team self-serve without a designer in the loop\n\nExtend the Rillet brand system into new formats and channels as they come up\n\nKeep the asset library, templates, and brand documentation organized and current\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience\n\n2+ years of design experience in-house at a startup or at an agency serving B2B clients, including internships\n\nA portfolio showing range across digital, print, and event formats\n\nFluency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and shared libraries\n\nAbility to work from an established brand system and extend it with sound judgment\n\nHigh output without a drop in quality, and comfort with volume and fast turnarounds\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action\n\nExcellent written communication and the ability to coordinate across sales, events, and product marketing\n\nCurious about what an asset is meant to accomplish, not just what it should look like\n\nComfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity\n\nNice to have\nMotion design experience in After Effects or similar\n\nFamiliarity with Webflow or front-end basics\n\nExperience with event, environmental, or large-format graphics\n\nInterest in fintech, accounting technology, or B2B SaaS\n\nLife at Rillet\nGrow with us.
