Working across engineering, manufacturing and supplier teams, you will turn concepts into robust CAD designs and production-ready documentation, ensuring functional performance, precise fit, manufacturability and quality.\nYou will love this role if you enjoy solving complex mechanical problems, working with tight tolerances and turning detailed engineering concepts into beautifully executed hardware.\nWhere you’ll make an impact\nDevelop precision mechanical components and mechanisms from concept through production.\nCreate detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies and manufacturing drawings with clear GD&T.\nPerform stack-ups and design reviews to ensure fit, function and manufacturability.\nSupport prototyping, testing and root-cause analysis of mechanical components and assemblies.\nWork closely with manufacturing and suppliers to optimize designs for precision production.\nMaintain engineering documentation, support design changes and drive solutions with cross-functional teams.\nWhat are your core components\nExperience designing precision mechanical components, assemblies or mechanisms.\nStrong understanding of mechanical design, materials, fits, tolerances and GD&T.\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings and translate requirements into robust CAD designs.\n3D CAD modelling, assemblies, engineering drawings and tolerance stack-up methods.\nDetail-oriented, hands-on and analytical, with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.\nAutomotive, motorsport, hypercar or low-volume/high-precision manufacturing experience is a
