We need to expand our already industry-leading team, find the best people, and lead the charge.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate the flow of materials from suppliers to the Rimac plant, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of components.\nMaintain optimum stock levels aligned with production plans, customer demand, and defined min/max stock quantities.\nEnsure availability of all materials required for production on time and in the correct quantities.\nGenerate purchase requisitions, coordinate transport, and manage deliveries of incoming materials.\nAdminister and maintain the MRP system, ensuring accurate data entry and configuration.\nEstablish and coordinate EDI transactions with suppliers, ensuring smooth data exchange for purchase orders, shipping notices, and invoices.\nAnalyze and improve the efficiency of material control systems (MRP, EDI, etc.) to enhance system utilization and data accuracy.\nMonitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with EDI protocols and timely delivery of materials.\nDevelop and implement corrective actions to resolve any issues or inefficiencies in the material supply process.\nManage material forecasts, update replenishment plans, and ensure the availability of returnable packaging to support operations.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Operations, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant experience in material control systems.\nProven experience in production planning, material management, and inventory control, preferably within the Automotive industry\nHands-on experience with MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) systems and material control systems.\nWorking knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.\nProficient in math and statistics to analyse and interpret data accurately.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.\nStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and high attention to detail.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nWhat we are like and what we offer\nWorking on exciting projects in a high-performance environment pushing the limits, moving science forward while working with the global automotive manufacturers on developing the latest automotive technology.\nFlexible working hours - align with your manager and work on your own schedule.\nEducational budget and internal education programs - at Rimac, we believe in the importance of continuous learning.
