We grow together, pioneer solutions, and deliver vehicles that set new standards.\nGet in the driver’s seat\nAs an Operations Buyer, you will ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of production materials and services to support manufacturing operations and business continuity.\nWorking across Procurement, Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Engineering, Quality, and Finance, you will manage supplier relationships, purchase orders, and material availability, ensuring uninterrupted production, optimized inventory levels, and operational excellence.\nYou will love this role if you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoy building strong supplier partnerships, and are motivated by solving supply chain challenges while driving continuous improvement.\nWhere you’ll make an impact\nManage operational purchasing activities for assigned commodities and suppliers.\nCreate, monitor, and maintain purchase orders to ensure on-time material delivery.\nFollow up with suppliers on order confirmations, deliveries, and shipment schedules.\nResolve delivery delays, shortages, and supply-related issues to minimize production risks.\nCollaborate with Production Planning, Logistics, and Engineering to ensure material availability.\nMonitor supplier performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nMaintain accurate purchasing data, pricing, and supplier information in the ERP system.\nSupport inventory optimization while balancing cost, quality, and delivery requirements.\nParticipate in supplier meetings and contribute to operational procurement projects.\nEnsure compliance with internal procurement processes and company policies.\nWhat are your core components\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.\nExperience in operational purchasing, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.\nExperience working with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) and Microsoft Excel.\nAbility to analyze data, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple activities simultaneously.\nStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving supply issues.\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProfessional proficiency in English;
