You will cascade quality requirements, ensure they are understood internally and externally and define robust Quality Planning and robust controls, ensuring high Quality standards.\nYou will love this role if you are a creative, problem-solving professional with Quality mindset who enjoys dynamic environment and is passionate about pushing hypercar boundaries.\nWhere you’ll make an impact\nBuild comprehensive quality strategies aligned with main project milestones and initial customer requirements.\nCollaborate with engineering teams in the release process to define process parameters and criteria, ensuring supplier process capability meets strict product requirements.\nCascade Customer Requirements to suppliers and provide guidance to meet them.\nDrive Supplier readiness and part quality preparation (Maturity Level Assurance / PPA) and carry out online & on-site supplier validation audits and quality planning.\nFacilitate robust root cause analysis and ensure corrective actions for both supplier and internal quality issues, within expected timeframe.\nDefine and implement control plans for incoming inspection, in-line inspection, and robust End-of-Line (EOL) testing at the supply base.\nPerform pre nomination and Supplier Process audits. \nConduct critical quality review meetings to maintain strong relationships with Customer Program Quality.\nExercise uncompromising quality control by utilizing your authority to stop any process or product delivery in the event of non-conformity. \nSupport the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.\nWhat are your core competences\nMinimum of 3-5 years of proven engineering experience within the automotive industry.\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanics, Automotive, etc.) with bilingual fluency (English is mandatory).\nDemonstrated ability to set up and lead Quality Planning activities and manage robust EOL processes and lead Customer/Supplier audits.\nDeep understanding of GD&T, risk analysis (FMEA), Special Characteristics management and Measurement System Analysis.\nStrong knowledge of quality frameworks and norms, specifically ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.A proactive, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.\nStrong communication skills.\nFuel Package\nFuel Package\nPrivate healthcare and mental wellbeing support \nFlexible working hours and up to 12 days of remote work per month\nTransportation allowance and subsidized mealsCompany performance based bonus and holidays bonus\nMinimum 25 days of holidays from day oneInternal education programs and opportunities to grow\nA supportive, collaborative, and high-performing environment where people succeed together\nTeam events, company gatherings, and on-site perks (coffee, fruit, relaxation zones)Family support (kindergarten subsidies, children’s events and gifts)\nDog-friendly office and partner discounts \nSalary range starting at €37 500 gross per year.
