From incoming material inspection to in process verification and end of line vehicle validation. Working closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Quality teams, you will help maintain the highest quality standards by performing inspections, identifying non-conformities, supporting root cause investigations and driving continuous improvement. If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy hands-on work, and are passionate about delivering world-class products, this role is for you.\nWhere you’ll make an impact\nPrepare and maintain quality inspection processes for incoming, in process, production line and end of line inspections.\nDevelop Control Plans, inspection procedures, work instructions, inspection standards and checklists for components and vehicles.\nPerform incoming inspections of supplier parts and ensure compliance with quality requirements before warehouse acceptance.\nConduct in process inspections of carbon fibre, painted and upholstered components throughout production.\nPerform in line vehicle inspections, including tightening validation, visual assembly inspections and high voltage architecture verification.\nOperate quality inspection equipment such as FaroArm measuring systems, 3D scanners and dedicated inspection gauges.\nRecord inspection results, issue Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) in the ERP system and manage quarantine activities for non conforming products.\nPerform vehicle end of line (EOL) inspections, including calibration, static and dynamic vehicle inspections.\nRead and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to verify product conformity.\nSupport quality investigations by identifying root causes, validating corrective actions and driving continuous process improvements.\nEnsure complete traceability of inspection activities through accurate reporting and quality documentation.\nMaintain compliance with internal quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing.\nWhat are your core competences\nHigh school diploma or higher; technical education is considered an advantage.\nExperience in quality inspection, manufacturing or automotive production is an advantage.\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.\nExperience using inspection and metrology equipment such as FaroArm, 3D scanners or similar measuring systems is considered an advantage.\nStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).\nValid Category B driver's license.\nA proactive, quality focused mindset with strong problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.\nFuel Package\nFuel Package\nPrivate healthcare and mental wellbeing support \nFlexible working hours and up to 12 days of remote work per month\nTransportation allowance and subsidized meals\nCompany performance based bonus and holidays bonus\nMinimum 25 days of holidays from day one\nInternal education programs and opportunities to grow\nA supportive, collaborative, and high-performing environment where people succeed together\nTeam events, company gatherings, and on-site perks (coffee, fruit, relaxation zones)\nFamily support (kindergarten subsidies, children’s events and gifts)\nDog-friendly office and partner discounts \nSalary range starting at €25,000 gross per year.
