As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for finding the people who will design, build, and deploy our storage systems, and for making sure every candidate has a good experience with us, whether or not they join.\nThe Role\nWe're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of roles across Rimac Energy, from battery, hardware, and software engineers to commercial and project roles. You'll work as a genuine partner to hiring managers: shaping role requirements, advising on the market, sourcing and assessing candidates, and closing offers. Beyond filling today's roles, you'll help build the pipelines, processes, and employer brand that let us hire well as we scale across Croatia and the UK.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd-to-End Recruitment\nManage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles - intake, job ad creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer, and handover to onboarding.\nRun structured intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements, selection criteria, and realistic timelines.\nScreen and assess candidates through interviews and structured evaluation, providing clear recommendations to hiring teams.\nManage offer negotiation and closing in line with internal compensation frameworks.\nSourcing & Pipeline Building\nProactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, universities, and industry communities.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill profiles, particularly in engineering.\nManage relationships with external recruitment agencies for selected roles, including briefing, performance tracking, and fee management. \nHiring Manager Partnership\nAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.\nCoach interviewers on structured, fair, and consistent interviewing practices.\nKeep stakeholders informed with regular updates on pipeline status and hiring progress.\nCandidate Experience & Employer Brand\nDeliver a responsive, transparent, and professional experience for every candidate, from first contact to final decision.\nContribute to employer branding initiatives, including careers website content, social media, job fairs, and university partnerships.\nGather candidate and hiring manager feedback to continuously improve the recruitment process. \nRecruitment Operations & Reporting\nOwn data quality in the applicant tracking system and ensure recruitment processes comply with GDPR and local employment regulations.\nTrack and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline conversion.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate recruitment workflows as hiring volume grows. \nWhat We're Looking For\n2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, in-house or agency, with ownership of full-cycle hiring.\nProven track record of hiring technical profiles such as hardware engineers, software developers, or other specialist technical profiles.\nStrong sourcing skills and confidence approaching passive candidates directly.\nAbility to build credible, influential relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.\nExcellent communication skills in Croatian and English (written and spoken).\nWell organised and able to manage multiple open roles in parallel without losing quality or pace. \nNice to have\nExperience recruiting in the energy, automotive, or battery sectors.\nExperience hiring across multiple countries, particularly Croatia and the UK.\nHands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.\nExposure to employer branding or university relations programs. \nWhat Rimac Energy Offers\nThe chance to shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing energy technology companies builds its team.\nA collaborative, engineering-driven culture with real ownership and visibility into decision-making.\nA modern, fast-paced workplace in Zagreb, with exposure to a genuinely international team.\nEducational budget - at Rimac Energy, we believe in the importance of continuous learning.
