vehicle requirements\n\nEngage with the product development process to understand the impact of design/engineering decisions\n\nEvaluate competitor benchmark information to improve concept definition in early project phase\n\nEstablish regular design reviews with cross functional teams\n\nSupport Functional Safety and Cyber Security, Intellectual propertiesand patents within R&D team\n\nCollaborative definition of methodologyand release of standards related to durability and reliability with analysis team\n\nBe a team player, trainand coach all the team members and share the knowledge throughout the whole powertrain team\n\nWhat are your core components\nPreviousexperience within an automotive or automotive components supplier on Transmission systems design, specifically on hybrid/mechanical gearboxes\n\nEngineering Degree in appropriate disciplineor equivalent\n\nExperience onall relevant vehicle legislation and certification requirements for related automotive components and systems\n\nExperience of delivering drivetrain systems components from early design stage to series production\n\nProven experience in tracking and planning oftechnical subjects, tooling processesand variable/investment costs\n\nIn-depth vehicle drivetrain systems knowledge and hybrid components\n\nWorking across functional teams effectively to deliver viableproblem
