This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established firm with a global footprint and significant growth potential. \nAs a Data Analyst at Rimes, you will apply your analytical and problem solving expertise to research complex issues related to financial data sources across a wide range of asset classes, including fixed income, equities, ETFs, and commodities. \nResponsibilities: \nMaintain and support the suite of Rimes products and services \nCollaborate with data developers and performance analysts on optimizing data quality and the efficiency of data infrastructures. \nRespond to data questions coming in from clients and from client-facing teams within Rimes. \nCoordinate with data suppliers about calculation methodologies and data anomalies. \nPlaying a key role in upholding Rimes’ commitment to data quality. \nRequirements: \nBachelor or Master, in Finance, Science, Engineering or Mathematics-related field. \nResults-driven and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. \nFlexible and efficient at multitasking across various assignments. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English. \nAble to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize effectively. \nInterested in technology while recognizing the importance of process and structure. \nAttentive to detail with a demonstrated ability to think creatively. \nA confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills. \nAlso useful: \nKnowledge of financial markets and financial data \nPrevious work experience in the financial industry \nPython/Perl experience. \nKnowledge of SQL. \nHands-on experience working with Databricks or similar distributed data processing platforms \nWork Model: hybrid approach, 2 days per week in our office, hours 9am - 6pm.\nOnly selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
