Working alongside experienced consultants, you’ll help ensure client changes are delivered consistently, governed appropriately, and transitioned smoothly into business-as-usual (BAU) operations. \nYou’ll build a strong foundation in change governance, documentation, and operational processes-contributing to impact assessments, maintaining client runbooks, and coordinating updates across teams. As your capability grows, you’ll begin to triage and deliver low- to mid-complexity change requests independently, escalating risks and issues for review and learning how to communicate progress and impacts clearly to clients and stakeholders. \nThis is a hands-on role for someone who is curious about financial data and enjoys structured delivery in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain exposure across clients, datasets, and service types while developing the skills and confidence to progress into broader ownership of change delivery, deeper subject-matter expertise, and future leadership opportunities within the EDM Change team. \n What you will do: \nProcess, Governance & Standards \nFollow defined change governance procedures with guidance. \nComplete CAB Impact Assessments with support from senior colleagues. \nMaintain client-specific and generic support documentation. \nApply onboarding, change, and operational procedures in line with the Transition Framework. \nBuild a solid knowledge base across clients and service types to support future SME growth. \nOnboarding & Change Delivery \nComplete onboarding-related tasks under the direction of senior consultants. \nSupport the handover from Change to Operations for onboardings and significant client changes. \nTriage and deliver low- to mid-complexity change requests independently. \nMaintain accurate client updates on assigned RSDs. \nInvestigate escalated issues and propose solutions for review. \nIssue Resolution & Technical Contribution \nAssist with RCAs, service performance updates and preparation for Client Experience meetings. \nSupport change-related analysis, documentation updates, and operational insights. \nBuild foundational technical skills through training and certifications. \nDevelop knowledge of Rimes tools, workflows, and data processes. \nCollaboration, Influence & Client Engagement \nBegin developing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. \nMaintain regular client communication for assigned responsibilities. \nLearn to articulate progress and explain change impacts. \nContribute to cross-team collaboration by sharing observations and proposing improvements. \nPeople Development \nLearn from senior colleagues and develop early-career capability in change delivery and EDM services. \n Who you are: \nA recent graduate with a technical or data-related background; or \nSomeone with early-career experience in EDM Services or similar data ingestion and processing environments. \n\nCurious, proactive, and eager to expand knowledge in financial data, workflows, and client delivery. \n\nComfortable analysing problems, following structured processes, and learning from senior team members. \n\nWhat you will gain: \nTechnical development: Familiarity with Python for data analysis and visualisation, plus hands-on experience with Rimes technologies. \nMarket & dataset exposure: Experience with equity and fixed-income indices, ESG data, ratings, and corporate actions. \nOperational experience: Early exposure to ratings datasets and opportunities to support training or oversight activities. \nClient & stakeholder confidence: Experience collaborating with clients and internal teams across multiple departments. \nChange management capability: Foundations in change governance, project workflows, and delivery best practice. \nProfessional growth: Development of adaptability, communication skills, and collaboration in a fast-paced, evolving environment. \nCareer progression: A clear path toward future SME specialisation or managerial responsibilities as you advance. \nOnly selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
