The role offers exposure to a wide range of asset classes, datasets, and technologies, as well as opportunities to develop technical expertise, deepen domain knowledge, and grow responsibility over time. \nWhether you are building foundational experience or taking on broader ownership and leadership, this is an opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical service, work with diverse stakeholders, and progress your career within a growing, global organisation. \nWhat You Will Do \nTraining, Procedures & Professional Standards \nApply established procedures and operational standards consistently, taking ownership for end-to-end task completion. \nService Flow Monitoring & Operational Delivery \nMonitor key service flows and conduct detailed investigations into failures, delays, and data quality issues. \nProactively escalate operational risks or recurring service disruptions. \nProvide oversight to ensure handovers between teams are clear, complete, and well documented. \nExceptions & Data Quality Management \nAct as Maker and/or Checker depending on exception complexity. \nReview exception trends and escalate systemic or high-risk issues for further analysis. \nClient & Stakeholder Query Handling (RSD) \nManage and resolve complex client and stakeholder queries requiring detailed investigation. \nCoordinate with internal teams and escalate cases requiring specialist expertise or approval. \nIncident Management \nInitiate and manage incident tickets for operational failures or disruptions. \nCoordinate resolution activities across internal teams and provide status updates as required. \nControls & Compliance \nPerform assigned activities within the control framework to maintain operational integrity. \nIdentify and highlight risks, near-misses, or control gaps through oversight reporting. \nReporting & Documentation \nProvide oversight of operational and governance reporting. \nSupport the creation, refresh, and accuracy of performance and control reports. \nWorkload & Service Discipline \nMaintain weekly updates to team task trackers, including project work, training, and bank holidays. \nSupport workload planning and forecasting to reflect operational demand. \nChange & Weekend Support \nSupport regression testing and operational readiness during change events. \nParticipate in scheduled or weekend support rotations as required. \nWho You Are \nBasic understanding of EDM Services, data ingestion, data processing, and related operational workflows, enabling independent decision-making and informed trade-offs when resolving issues. \nIndependently analyses complex data workflows and identifies root causes and improvement opportunities. \nDeep understanding of EDM Services and the value they deliver to clients. \nSolid experience managing issues in a client-facing environment-internally or externally. \nCan acts as a reliable deputy, coordinating across teams and maintaining service continuity. \nCan work nightshift (9PM-6AM) and can do 2-3x RTO\nWhat You Will Gain \nTechnical & market development: Continued training in Python and Rimes’ selected technologies, plus exposure to equity and fixed-income indices, ESG datasets, ratings, and corporate actions. \nDevelop deep familiarity with datasets to support complex queries and issue resolution. \nGain experience contributing to oversight and control improvement. \nBroader exposure to ESG, equity and fixed-income indices, ratings, and corporate actions.. \nGrowth in operational leadership and cross-functional collaboration. \nProfessional growth: Build adaptability, resilience, and partnership skills in a fast-paced and evolving environment. \nOnly selected candidates will be contacted for interviews.
